I am riding joBerg2c 2017 for OneVoice South Africa (OVSA)
OneVoice South Africa (OVSA) recognises the crucial role young people can play in the prevention, early detection and management of HIV and TB. The organisation believes in partnering with young people (13-25 years), as while still facing many obstacles to treatment, care and information, they’re also without doubt, the emerging leaders and catalysts for a concerted and realistic response in the fight against HIV and TB in their communities. By providing them with the platform to voice and address their concerns, they can and will initiate change. www.onevoice.org.za
This nine day mountain biking adventure - kicking off on 21 April 2017 till 29 April 2017 takes riders from the heat and dust of Johannesburg via spectacular mountainous passes to the finish in beautiful Scottburgh on the KwaZulu-Natal coast, 900 kilometres and 9 days later. The Old Mutual joBerg2c is riding and racing the off-roads and touring across this magnificent country. It's about sharing a passion for mountain biking with those who love riding and it has captured the imagination of passionate mountain bikers across the country, if not the world. The goal of this adventure is to provide a journey where the destination is less important than the experience along the way.
